Tracking Your Order
As soon as your shipping label is generated and scanned by the carrier, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking scans to populate in the carrier system.
How the 60-Day Return Desk Works
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cognitive results within 60 days of delivery, requesting your refund is straightforward:
- Step 1: Email our support desk at [email protected] within 60 days of receiving your order with your name and order confirmation ID.
- Step 2: Our support desk will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address for our Aurora, CO warehouse.
- Step 3: Send back the bottles (whether full, partially used, or completely empty).
- Step 4: Upon receipt, our team will process a 100% refund of your product purchase price back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
